Carmen Tong, “ The Teacher of the Year 2018” in mcps

This drawing is based on a photo of Carmen Tong, she was a math teacher in Rockville HS 2016 -2018, and she was chosen as “The teacher of the year, 2018” in mcps. At the summer of 2018, she accepted an offer from a popular international school in HK as a math teacher in HK. After then, she teaches calculus in that school, and she is well known over there. I got to know her in our church years ago. This drawing is to honor her contribution to the kids. I also drew the HK harbor below her portrait.
