Cool girl in blue

I did this picture on iPad on March 2019, and I posted it. Although I think I did a good job, and the girl I drew was so beautiful, but the views are not many for this picture. This morning I modified the picture and posted it again, and deleted the old file, even though I lost 60 points by doing so.
